Vegas buffets aren’t cheap anymore, but the gap between the smart way and the expensive way to eat at the same buffet can easily be $20 a person. Here are the prices we confirmed on each buffet’s own website, with the timing and club-card tricks that bring the price down.

Cheap buffets Las Vegas locals actually use: South Point Garden Buffet

If you want the cheapest buffet we checked, head south of the Strip to South Point’s Garden Buffet. Every meal has two prices: regular, and a lower price for players club members. The club card is free to sign up for, and one card covers two adults.

Strip buffets for less: brunch and the early bird

Wynn’s Gourmet Brunch is $59.99, daily 8 AM–1 PM, and children 3–9 are half price. Brunch is the lower-priced of Wynn’s two buffet meals, so a late brunch is the value play. Wynn says the buffet has 16 live cooking stations and 120 savory dishes, and it’s cashless. The Endless Pour package (cocktails, mimosas, wine and beer) is $32.99. Heads up: Wynn lists special hours of 1–9 PM only on Nov 3–4 and Nov 17–18 (SEMA week and Grand Prix week), so there’s no brunch window on those days.

Bacchanal at Caesars Palace runs an Early Bird Dinner for $69.99, Monday–Thursday from 2:30 to 4 PM, and reservations are required. If you want the Strip’s best-known buffet at dinner, eating early on a weekday is the cheapest way in.
