What the Vegas Daily Drop website and app collect, and what they don’t.

Last updated Oct 30, 2026

The short version

Your location

The website and app ask for your location only when you tap a location button, like “use my location” on a map or a ride button. Your browser asks your permission first, and you can say no.

If you allow it, your location is used on your device to show you on the map or to fill in your pickup spot. For rides, it is passed only into the Uber or Lyft link you choose to open, and that app then handles it under its own privacy policy. We don't send your location to our server and we don't store it.

What we collect

Payments

The Insider Pass is a one-time purchase made through Stripe or Gumroad. They handle your card details and email address under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your card number.

When you unlock or restore your pass, our server asks Stripe or Gumroad only whether that purchase or license key is valid and complete. The pass is then saved on your device. We don't keep a copy of your license key on our server.

Other services you may see

Children

Vegas Daily Drop is a general travel guide and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
