The SEMA Fest site lists these rules for “SEMA Show Friday – Open to the Public” tickets:

No hoverboards, Segways, skateboards, skates or scooters (motorized or foot-powered) at the LVCC or the Westgate, per SEMA’s FAQ.

Vegas Loop: free between the LVCC stations

The Vegas Loop runs Tesla vehicles through about 2 miles of tunnels under the 200-acre LVCC campus. Rides between LVCC stations are free. You only need a ticket to ride to or from public stations off campus, such as Encore, Resorts World and Westgate.

Hall to hall: walk or ride?

The campus is big. The Boring Company says the LVCC Loop connects West Hall with the rest of the campus and cuts a 45-minute cross-campus walk to about 2 minutes. If you are heading between West Hall and the other halls, the free Loop is usually the easy call.

The Las Vegas Monorail’s station directions say you can reach West Hall by entering North Hall and using the Paradise Bridge, or by going downstairs in Central Hall and boarding a free Vegas Loop vehicle.

Badge pickup is in West Hall and South Hall East, so plan your first walk around where you pick up.

Las Vegas Monorail

The Monorail stops at the LVCC and has seven stations: MGM Grand, Paris Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, Harrah’s/The LINQ, the Convention Center, Westgate and SAHARA. Trains arrive every 4–8 minutes.

Finding the LVCC station

The stop is Boingo Station at Las Vegas Convention Center. From the North, Central or South halls, the Monorail says to:

  1. Exit toward Paradise Road.
  2. Walk across Convention Center Silver Drive and through the parking lot toward the station.
  3. Take the escalator or elevator up to the ticketing level.

Arriving by train, you come out on a bridge over E Desert Inn Rd. One side leads to North and Central halls, the other to South Hall.

Tickets

SEMA says attendees get discounted Monorail fares at tix.lvmonorail.com/SEMA2026. Paper tickets at the station machines and desks are full price. Mobile tickets work as Scan & Go: buy online, then scan the QR code on your phone at the gate. Following our price rule, we don’t list Monorail fares because we couldn’t confirm the SEMA prices on an official page; see the ticket page for current prices.

Uber, Lyft & taxi pickup

SEMA lists three hubs for rideshare drop-off and pickup. Taxis and limos use the same three areas:

Tip: set your pickup to the hub next to the hall you’re leaving from, so you aren’t crossing the campus to meet your driver. If you’re far from all three, the free Loop can get you closer first.

Free hotel shuttles

SEMA runs free shuttles between the LVCC and more than 45 hotels. Find your hotel’s route and boarding spot on SEMA’s transportation page.

PM hotel shuttle3:30–6:30 PM2:00–5:00 PM

Hotel shuttles run about every 20–25 minutes and the Intervenue shuttle about every 15–20 minutes. The Intervenue shuttle runs between SEMA and AAPEX and boards at the Caesars Forum West Entrance, with routes to Encore, Wynn, The Palazzo and The Venetian.

At the LVCC, shuttles stop on Debbie Reynolds Dr (between Wilbur Clark D.I. Rd and Convention Center Dr), directly across from West Hall, and at the Platinum Lot by the South Hall East Lobby.

Wheelchair-accessible transport is available during shuttle hours: call 1-866-439-8563 and allow 30 minutes. SEMA notes routes and times can change and traffic can cause delays.

Public bus: Strip & Downtown Express

RTC’s Strip & Downtown Express (SDX) links downtown, the LVCC and the Strip. SEMA says it normally runs 9:00 AM–12:30 AM, about every 15 minutes, and starts at 7:00 AM on show days. Details are at rtcsnv.com.
